It is our goal to provide you with quality products and support you with great customer service.  We understand that from time to time we will make a mistake and we will be here to make that right.  So we will accept returns based on fair practices which demonstrate respect for you and from you.  If you receive a wrong item (which does not match the item you ordered) we will allow you to bring it back to either location or email us for a return label and we will ship you the correct item.  If you receive an item which is dead on arrival please contact us immediately so we can process the correction quickly. If you ordered the wrong item, size we will work with you to help you get that corrected, however if this was your mistake then we will not pay for the shipping, but you can bring your item into either location so as to not incur these additional shipping cost.
